Durability and Thickness: Energy Star coatings are fourteen times thicker than standard factory-applied polyester coatings, offering extreme durability and resistance to UV rays and fading. While typical pre-coated paint measures 15 to 20 microns, Energy Star coatings range from 230 to 262 microns.

Application Process

Pressure Cleaning

The entire roof is cleaned with high-pressure water to remove contaminants and any chalked polyester coil coating in preparation for the primer.
