• Payment information — we do not store your full card details. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, who collect and handle this information under their own privacy policy
• Account information — if you create an account, your login details and saved preferences
• Communications — any information you provide when you contact us, e.g. customer service enquiries
• Technical information — IP address, browser type, and device information collected automatically when you visit the Site (see Section 6 on cookies)

We do not use third-party analytics, advertising, or marketing tracking tools on this Site.

Deliveries are carried out by our own staff rather than a third-party courier. As such, your delivery address is used internally for this purpose and is not disclosed to an external delivery provider.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Stripe processes payment data in multiple jurisdictions, which may include countries outside Australia. Where this occurs, Stripe is contractually required to handle such data in a manner consistent with applicable privacy laws.
