Click and Collect Policy

This Click and Collect Policy explains how to collect orders placed on https://homeinsulation.com.au/ (the “Site”) from Home Insulation Store (“we”, “us”, “our”).

1. How it works

• At checkout, select click and collect instead of delivery.
• We will notify you by email once your order is ready for collection.
• Collect your order from 2/83 Tucker St, Breakwater VIC 3219 during our collection hours.

3. What to bring

Please bring the following when collecting your order:

• Your order confirmation (digital or printed)
• Photo ID matching the name on the order

If someone else is collecting the order on your behalf, they will need to bring:

• A copy of your order confirmation
• Their own photo ID
• A signed note or message from you authorising them to collect the order

4. Collection timeframe

• Orders must be collected within a week of receiving your ready-for-collection notification.
• If your order is not collected within this period, we may cancel the order and issue a refund, less any applicable fees / contact you to arrange an alternative.
• If you need more time, contact us at info@homeinsulation.com.au before the collection window ends.

6. Cancellations and changes

If you’d like to cancel your order or switch from click and collect to delivery, contact us at info@homeinsulationstore.com.au before your order has been prepared for collection.

7. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

If there’s a problem with your order once collected, our standard Returns and Refunds Policy applies. Please inspect your order at the time of collection where possible.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Click and Collect Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
